Almost all your favourite creators on Instagram share links to their latest YouTube videos or YouTube channels in their bio or stories. But whenever you tap on those links, you get redirected to the YouTube website instead of the YouTube app. And here you can’t watch the video in full screen nor can you like it, comment on it or subscribe to the channel.
Ever wondered why it is so? That’s because Instagram has something called a Built—IN-Browser that opens up instead of opening the app you wanted to open. Which is not cool at all….And this is not just so for IG but for all your favourite social media apps eg. YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Telegram, Quora etc.

So we fixed this problem of sub-optimal user experiences by building a tool that ensures all social media links open in the apps they should. It’s called OpeninApp. And it is already been loved by over 1.9 Million influencers & brands including the likes of Bhuvan Bam, Flying Beat, Anubhav Dubey (Chai Sutta Bar), Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Riva Arora, Boat, Mamaearth etc.

Barter Box 
A dashboard that onboards creators/ influencers and agencies and bridges the gap between the two by organising campaigns under a single platform.

YT Cash 
How amazing would it be to have all the links for the product in your favourite YOUTUBE video? Wondering how tedious of a task would it be for the creator to give all the links in the description. YT Cash creates smart links for all its members by using its in-house AI.

Dub Me 
Language can no more be a barrier in content creation. The dubbing of videos is now made easier. Creators just have to connect their page/s to Dub Me and see their videos get dubbed in their desired language just within a few clicks.

2. Have previous experience in Business Development or Sales OR in an Influencer marketing company (good to have, not mandatory)

A Key Account Manager (KAM) at OpeninApp will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a company's most important clients, often referred to as key accounts. These clients are crucial to the business's success due to the significant revenue they generate or their strategic importance. Below is a comprehensive job description for a Key Account Manager. This role involves understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs. The KAM will work to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and maximize client retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
 
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  - Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  - Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

- Strategic Planning and Execution:
  - Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in key accounts.
  - Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  - Prepare regular reports on account status, including forecasts, sales metrics, and account plans.

- Coordination and Collaboration:
  - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client requirements are met.
  - Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  - Manage and resolve conflicts with clients to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

- Sales and Revenue Management:
  - Achieve assigned sales quotas and account objectives.
  - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within key accounts.
  - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Client Support and Feedback:
  - Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.
  - Act as a client advocate, conveying client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  - Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
